We offer a 30 day return or exchange policy for all our products. If you receive a faulty item or the size is not right, please feel free to contact us at [email protected] and we will reply to you within 24 hours. Please be sure to describe the problem in detail, including the reason for the return, and your order number and SKU product number. For defective, incorrect or indescribable items, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.
1. Responsibilities of Winiscab.com:
If our company is responsible, we will allow the return to our warehouse for a refund or exchange.
Once we receive the item, we will refund the full price of the original product and ship it or resend it free of replacement costs by us.
2. Responsibilities of the customer
If the customer orders the wrong size or product, we can also allow return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the exchange of two-way shipping costs (to and from our warehouse). If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the product at the original price. All and any freight charges are non-refundable.
If customers decide they no longer want the item or just want to exchange it, they can report to us within 30 days of receiving the product and we will refund part of the cost of the product.
All returns must first be approved by our customer service team; if approved, an RMA form will be provided to you. Items returned without the RMA form will not be accepted.
All returned items must be in a brand new condition, unused/unused, unwashed, with all original labels and their original packaging.
